OUR VISION

South Seattle CrossFit is a welcoming, professional, fitness facility for all ages and athletic backgrounds. Our professional fitness coaches will develop individuals, athletes, and teams to reach elite levels of fitness through constantly varied functional movements executed at high intensity. We believe CrossFit is for everyone! Our program is designed to combine the most effective training methods of weightlifting, gymnastics, and high intensity cardio. We promise to offer a professional environment and a knowledgeable staff dedicated to helping you reach your fitness goals. We promise to always challenge you, and create a community that will inspire and motivate you.
